returns and repairs
We can definitely repair your jewelry purchased from the HEDGE. You have up to 30 days to report any defect or breakage in a piece. Please contact me via email at firstname.lastname@example.org in case such sadness occurs. If the piece is faulty or damaged from my own error, I will fix the piece at no cost to you. If the damage was an accident on your end, the repair cost is dependent on the part in need of replacing or repair. We also repair older pieces that have been damaged through lots of wear and tear.

We do not accept returns unless items arrive damaged.
Once your item is delivered you must contact us (email@example.com) within 10 days for an exchange or refund. We provide a full refund on damaged items.
Custom orders are not returnable.
